Preparation is the most important part of your paint project. We don't just remove old paint, we try to repair damaged areas.

Exterior spackle is used over divots to ensure a more uniform look.

Notice restored siding with primer.

All exterior areas are caulked with a 35 year siliconized acrylic caulking. All nail heads are inspected for shrinkage.

We also caulk all exposed cracks on corner boards, window trim and trim boards. If there are exposed cracks where moisture can penetrate it will shorten the life of your paint.

We spray siding with one coat 100% acrylic paint, either satin or flat.

First coat is back rolled where necessary to force paint into the wood to give a more uniform look.

Second coat sprayed to give added protection against weather.

Stucco can be painted to match your new color selection.

We don't expect a deposit to start a job, but payment is due upon your satisfaction.

We offer a two year warrenty on material and labor.
